Logan replaced a drain stop in the tube and installed an ADA compliant toilet. A Very nice friendly and professional young man. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. He was quick and he left the work site clean. We will be using Big Cat Plumbing again as they will be replacing the second bathroom toilet.

  Logan did an awesome job! They beat all the competitor's by more than a fair bit and did fast, quality work. They ensured they didn't leave us without plumbing overnight, which was much appreciated!

  The two gentlemen that changed out our water heater and moved our washing machine location performed their work in just one day. The work was excellent, they were VERY helpful, and it was done per the original quote. They even offered advice as to some other issues and we will follow that advice. We are more than happy with what was done. I will use Big Cat again in any future needs.

Big Cat was even able to replace 50 Gal. gas water heater and expansion tank within 4 hours on the same day! He also corrected a couple errors made by original builder. Logan from Big Cat Plumbing was at my house within an hour and had the repair completed by early afternoon. He was very professional and made sure that all the repairs were not leaking and assisted with all clean up. I will be using their services again.
